ARIJ Forum is the largest annual independent journalism gathering in the Arab World,
bringing regional and international journalists, fact-checkers, media outlets, technology companies,
foundations, civil society organisations, and other stakeholders supporting independent media and freedom
of speech together to celebrate and strengthen the investigative journalism ecosystem in the Arab region.
ARIJ Forum is a chance to explore new directions, tackle the current challenges,
share knowledge and network with leaders of Arab and global investigative journalism movements.
It is an annual event to boost reporting skills, learn new tools, and get acquainted with the latest
trends in reporting and fact-checking. It is also an opportunity to network with TV broadcasters,
technology companies, media organisations, fact-checking units and universities from all around the globe.
The conference fee covers the following:
Complete access to all panels and sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners throughout the forum days,

* Early Bird registration fees - 190 USD (equivalent to 134.52 JOD).
* Regular registration fees - 250 USD (equivalent to 177 JOD).
* Virtual registration fees - it is offered for FREE with the cost of 100 USD (equivalent to 70.8 JOD) being covered by the generous support of ARIJ donors, partners and sponsors.
All the mentioned fees include VAT and transfer costs.

Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to email@example.com with full details of the bank
account to be transferred to. Refunds for tickets will be provided in full, excluding etathkara's processing fees,
if the cancellation is made before October 1st. Regrettably, ARIJ will be unable to accommodate any cancellation
requests received after this date.
By attending ARIJ 16th Annual Forum, please be aware that panels and sessions will be considered "on the record" and may be subject to various forms of documentation, including photography, video/audio recording, screen capturing, and live streaming. Attendees, speakers, and sponsors may appear in these recorded formats. It is important to note that all forum sessions, materials, and activities are eligible for recording and may be partially or fully reproduced, distributed, or used in any manner.
For virtual attendees, we kindly request that you keep your camera turned off during the sessions to ensure your image does not appear on the screen during the recordings. This will help maintain your privacy and prevent unintended appearances in the recorded content.
For actual attendees, If you prefer not to be included in any of the recordings, photographs, or social media coverage, please inform the registration desk upon your arrival. Special lanyards will be provided to indicate your preference and ensure your request is respected.
